We do not log your browsing activity, websites visited, DNS queries, traffic content, or raw VPN packets.

We do not sell, rent, use for advertising or profiling, or disclose VPN usage data to third parties. We process only the limited information necessary to sign you in, verify service eligibility, operate the VPN service, troubleshoot issues, protect security, and provide support.

To provide the Service, we process a limited amount of information:

• Account information — the username (or email) you register with, used for sign-in and account management.

• Order information — subscription and order records used to activate your plan and provide support. Payments are handled by third-party providers; we do not store card or banking details.

• Support information — our customer support system is self-hosted and operated by us. When you contact support, we may process the email address, nickname, messages, screenshots, app version, device information, and account status information you provide or that is necessary to resolve your request.

• Operational data — minimal aggregate data (such as total bandwidth used) needed to enforce plan quotas — never a log of your activity.

• Anti-abuse (website) — during sign-up, Cloudflare Turnstile may process your IP address to block automated registrations; this is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. We do not keep IP-based activity logs.

• Website advertising measurement — when you arrive through a Google Ads click, Google Ads may process website page information, browser or device information, IP-derived information, cookie or similar identifiers, and confirmed purchase conversion data to measure advertising performance. We send the order number and purchase value for conversion measurement, but do not send passwords, subscription links, VPN traffic, browsing activity, or communication content.

We use this information solely to operate and maintain the Service, process your orders, provide customer support, and improve reliability and security.

We never sell your personal information or VPN usage data. We share information with payment providers as necessary to complete website purchases, with infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the Service, with Google for website advertising measurement only for visits attributed to Google Ads, and where required by law. VPN usage data is never disclosed for advertising.

We keep account information while your account remains active, order records as needed for service and legal obligations, and support records only as long as necessary to resolve requests, maintain service quality, and meet legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

Our website uses essential cookies required for login sessions. Google Ads advertising measurement is disabled for ordinary visits and is enabled only when a visit contains a Google Ads click identifier. For an attributed visit, Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its privacy policy, and this website keeps a local attribution marker for up to 30 days so a later confirmed purchase can be attributed correctly.

You can remove the local attribution marker by clearing this website’s local storage. For information about Google’s processing, see https://policies.google.com/privacy.

To limit third-party tracking while browsing, you can disable third-party cookies, enable “Do Not Track”, and block cross-site tracking in your browser settings.
